Villeroy and Boch porcelain tile was install over a Schluter Detra/Kerdi waterproof membrane system. A nontraditional “step down” shower pan and Starphire clear glass shower door with side lights enhances the clean, modern lines.
Sequential walnut cabinetry was also used in the bathroom to give balance and uniformity throughout the house.
A unique oval soaking tub with stand alone fixtures completes the modern elegance of this space.

Beneath the dated exterior, this mid-century modern had the potential of becoming a focal point of modern design.

With a vision of clean lines and contemporary living, this home underwent significant remodeling, which included a complete kitchen remodel that increased the space by 150 square feet.

1,000 square feet of porcelain tile was installed throughout the first floor of the home, providing a durable, stylish floor.

90 square feet of river rock fireplace surround was replaced with milestone surfacing, creating a modern, yet warm ambiance. Walnut windowsills were added to modernize even the smallest detail of the home.

Finally, the bathroom was completely remodeled and increased by 100 square feet to increase design and function.
